Tech Background:
After working   in the tech industry for more than 20 years, I decided to fill in the gaps of my PC computer knowledge and took four courses in PC technology in 2014.  Subsequently I passed  the CompTIA  A+ certification exam in the summer of 2014, at my first sitting. ( CompTIA = Computer Technology Institute of America).

The test is broken into two parts and is quite rigorous:
220-801 Objectives
220-802 Objectives

• $99 a complete and extensive  Computer Tune-Up
• Tune-Up will take 2-4 hours
• Services in the cleanup include: I will come to your home or pick up your computer and take to my shop; Check for and repair viruses and current virus protection; Check for and repair Spyware/Malware/Adware; Check for and repair firewall protection; Check for and install critical windows security updates; Remove bloated temp files and caches; Remove erroneous and resource consuming start-up files; Check hard drive and RAM.
